Homemade caramel candies: few and easy steps to make them!

INGREDIENTS
60g butter
150 ml heavy cream
250g of sugar
METHOD
- Pour the butter into a pan and wait for it to melt and add sugar little by little without stopping mixing.
- Melt the sugar and butter until a thick syrup forms.
- Add the heavy cream little by little while continuing to mix over medium heat. Cook for 7 minutes until thick and golden brown.
- Pour into a tray with parchment paper. Refrigerate for two hours.
- Cut into small pieces and wrap with parchment paper.
