Puff pastry boats with sausage: the quick and easy recipe to make the kids happy!

INGREDIENTS
Puff pastry
Sausages
Grated mozzarella
Egg
Bacon

METHOD
1. Cut a puff pastry into several medium-sized strips.
2. Place a little cheese on each strip and roll it up. Join the two ends.
3. Top sausage with a slice of bacon and place on top of each pastry puff base.
4. Grease the puff pastry with a beaten egg. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
