Red onion chutney: the simple and delicious side dish!

INGREDIENTS
1kg onion
300g brown sugar
Olive oil
Salt
150ml wine vinegar

METHOD
1. Cut the onions into thin slices. Place in a bowl, add sugar, and let stand for 3 hours.
2. Pour oil into a pan, and add salt.
3. Add the onions, then add vinegar and cook for 45 minutes.
