Fried zucchini sandwich: easy to make and super delicious!

Ready in a few minutes, they will be a family favorite! 
 
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Sliced bread
Breadcrumbs
Flour
Zucchini
Mozzarella
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the ball of fresh mozzarella into slices. Cut slices of zucchini.
  2. Make sandwiches filled with the mozzarella and zucchini. Then coat each sandwich in flour.
  3. Pour two eggs into a bowl and whisk. Dip the sandwich in the egg then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in vegetable oil.
