Chicken Nugget Sticks: A fun way to prepare everyone's favorite treat

INGREDIENTS
• 200g cream cheese
• 1 ½ cups Shredded chicken
• ½ cup buffalo sauce
• 2 cups grated mozzarella
• 1 cup grated cheddar
• 1 tbsp Ranch dressing
• Egg
• Flour
• Breadcrumbs
 
METHOD
  1. Mix cream cheese, chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, cheddar and ranch dressing.
  2. Pour the mixture into a lined rectangular tray and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Cut the frozen block into small rectangles.
  4. Cover with flour, then egg and breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry in vegetable oil.
