Ground beef stuffed cake: fluffy and delicious!

The most mouth-watering savory cake ever!
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
Eggs 2 pcs.
Kefir 200 gr
150 ml cooking cream
Butter 50 gr
Baking powder 14 gr
Flour 200 gr
Salt ½ tsp
Dried garlic 1 tsp
Filling:
Minced beef 500 gr
Mushrooms 200 gr
Onions 1 pcs.
Garlic 1 clove
Parsley
Salt and black pepper
Red paprika 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Dried garlic 1 tsp
Sesame seeds
METHOD
- Cut onions, heat oil in a pan, and fry onions. Add chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper. Put the prepared ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- In the same pan, bake the meat with the spices, after the meat has been baked, add it to the prepared onion and mushrooms, mix everything.
- Prepare the dough. Combine eggs, cooking cream, kefir, butter, then sifting, add flour, baking powder, salt, garlic. Mix everything with wire.
- Prepare a mold lined with baking paper. Pour half of the dough mixture into the mold, then pour the mixture with the meat and the remaining dough mixture. Sprinkle the surface of the dough with sesame.
- Bake on 180 degrees, 50-60 minutes.
