Zucchini frittata roll: a tasty recipe for a quick and easy dinner!

With fresh zucchini and a few ingredients, this recipe will be a family favorite!

INGREDIENTS

Zucchini
250g Grated cheese
5 eggs
Salt and pepper
Oil

METHOD

Pour 5 eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper and beat.
Grate the zucchini and place in a muslin cloth.
Squeeze the grated zucchini with your hands and add it to the eggs.
Add grated cheese and mix.
Place the mixture in a pan with oil, spread well with the spoon and wait for it to cook a little.
Use two spatulas to roll a little from one end, add more mixture from the opposite end of where you roll.
Repeat the step until you get a cooked egg roll.
