Egg burritos: the perfect recipe for a delicious breakfast!

INGREDIENTS

• 6 eggs

• Salt

• Sour cream

• Ham

• Mushrooms

• Butter

• Tortilla

• Grated cheese

• Diced tomato

• Kitchen paper.

• Grated cheese 200 g

METHOD

Beat the eggs. Add salt and sour cream and mix.
Add ham and mix again.
Put oil in a pan, add sliced mushrooms, salt and pepper until cooked.
Put butter in a pan and cook the egg with ham.
Spread some sour cream on a tortilla, then add egg with ham, mushrooms, grated cheese, sliced tomato and
close the tortilla forming a burrito.
Wrap the burrito in kitchen paper and freeze to prepare ahead.
Add oil to a pan and fry the burritos until golden brown.
