INGREDIENTS

4 sausages

80g mozzarella
1tsp flour
1 potato

360g hot cake mix
3 eggs
300ml whole milk
Breadcrumbs
3 eggs
Oil
Skewers

METHOD

Cut two sausages in half. Cut two grooves horizontally at the end. Cut 4 small blocks of cheese.
Fit a skewers into the sausage, from the groove and place the cheese at another end. Repeat the step with the other 3 sausage halves.
Add milk to the hot cake mix in a bowl, 3 eggs and mix.
Pour the mixture into a tall glass.
Put the sausage in the glass and place it on a plate with breadcrumbs and fry.
Peel a potato and cut it into small pieces, place them in a bowl, add flour and mix.
Cut two other sausages in half and fit a skewer at one end.
Put a sausage in the glass with the mixture, place it in the bowl of potatoes and fry.
