Quick and easy to make chicken skewers

INGREDIENTS
• 6 chicken breast fillets
• 50g parmesan
• 40g bread crumbs
• Baked ham
• Olive oil
• Skewers
• Butter
• Basil
 
METHOD
  1. Brush the chicken fillets with olive oil.
  2. Cover them with bread crumbs on both sides.
  3. Place a slice of cooked ham on top and sprinkle over parmesan cheese.
  4. Roll up the fillet.
  5. Repeat this step and place one under the other to form a row of 4.
  6. Fit 3 skewers and cut vertically to get 4 rolled skewers.
  7. Cover the sides again with breadcrumbs.
  8. Place butter and basil in a pan.
  9. Add the skewers and cook until golden brown.
