Quick and easy to make chicken skewers

INGREDIENTS

• 6 chicken breast fillets

• 50g parmesan

• 40g bread crumbs

• Baked ham

• Olive oil

• Skewers

• Butter

• Basil

METHOD

Brush the chicken fillets with olive oil.
Cover them with bread crumbs on both sides.
Place a slice of cooked ham on top and sprinkle over parmesan cheese.
Roll up the fillet.
Repeat this step and place one under the other to form a row of 4.
Fit 3 skewers and cut vertically to get 4 rolled skewers.
Cover the sides again with breadcrumbs.
Place butter and basil in a pan.
Add the skewers and cook until golden brown.
