Beef carpaccio rolls: real nice to eat them as an appetizer!

Tasty and delicious, you can make them in a few steps.
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
120 g (4 oz) ham, minced;
1 tomato, minced;
2 tbsp breadcrumbs;
3 tbsp scallions;
3 tbsp parmesan;
10 slices beef;
olive oil;
salt.
METHOD
- Season minced tomato with a pinch of salt set aside for 10 minutes, then squeezes most of the excess moisture out.
- Combine tomato, breadcrumbs, scallions, and parmesan together.
- Season sliced beef with salt and place around 2 tbsp of the filling on the one side. Roll tightly and repeat with all of the leftover pieces.
- Use two skewers to skewer 5 rolls from both ends. Repeat with another 5.
- Brush both skewers with olive oil, season and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
