Beef carpaccio rolls: real nice to eat them as an appetizer!

Tasty and delicious, you can make them in a few steps.

INGREDIENTS
 120 g (4 oz) ham, minced;
 1 tomato, minced;
 2 tbsp breadcrumbs;
 3 tbsp scallions;
 3 tbsp parmesan;
 10 slices beef;
 olive oil;
 salt.
 
METHOD
  1.  Season minced tomato with a pinch of salt set aside for 10 minutes, then squeezes most of the excess moisture out.
  2.  Combine tomato, breadcrumbs, scallions, and parmesan together.
  3.  Season sliced beef with salt and place around 2 tbsp of the filling on the one side. Roll tightly and repeat with all of the leftover pieces.
  4.  Use two skewers to skewer 5 rolls from both ends. Repeat with another 5.
  5.  Brush both skewers with olive oil, season and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
