Salmon puff pastry star: ready in 20 minutes with a few ingredients!

Salmon and puff pastry were simply made for each other!
Here's a quick and simple recipe to make in about 20 minutes for a delicious dinner! 

INGREDIENTS
• Puff pastry
• Smoked salmon
• Cream cheese
• Green olives
• Salt
• Oregano
 
METHOD
  1. Spread cream cheese over the puff pastry circle.
  2. Make 8 equal cuts in the pastry, without reaching the center.
  3. Place pieces of smoked salmon on each cut block.
  4. Fold the outer end of each block into two parts forming a peak.
  5. Cut a small star in the center and fold from the center outward to have a circle in the center.
  6. Place a green olive on each outside peak.
  7. Add oregano and bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
