How to Make Tortilla Bowls: the perfect way to serve salad!

Place the bread in a bowl and place another bowl on top, the result will be amazing!

INGREDIENTS

• Flour

• Oil

• Yeast

• Sugar

• Rocket salad

• Avocado

• Chicken

• Glass bowl

• Salt

• Yogurt

METHOD

Mix yeast with sugar and water.
Mix flour, salt, yogurt, oil, and yeast mixture. Let stand for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 4 and make discs with each part of the dough.
Place in a pan and when small bubbles appear on the dough, turn the pan upside down to brown the top
of the bread.
Place the bread in a bowl and place another bowl on top to make a bowl with the bread. Repeat the step with several breads and bowls on top.
Wait for an hour.
Fill the bread bowl with rocket salad, grilled chicken and avocado.
