Frying pans are the most frequently used, but do you know the difference between the different kinds of pans and what to cook in them? Here are some useful tips.
STAINLESS STEEL PAN
It's one of the most resistant materials able to withstand high temperatures. Great for boiling, making risotto, vegetables, and meat. The only problem is that food can easily stick or burn, so be careful to coat it with oil or butter before cooking.
CAST-IRON PAN
Very resistant and versatile. If kept correctly they will last you a very long time, and you can also use them in the oven. It's important to grease it before you add your ingredients.
NONSTICK PAN
Created in order to use the least amount of condiments such as oil because there is no risk of food sticking to it.
