Chocolate ganache cake: a burst of flavor

Ingredients:
100g milk chocolate
25g butter
1 yolk
25g sugar
25ml whipped cream
10g all-purpose flour
22g cocoa powder
1 egg white
30g sugar
Cocoa powder for decorating
Directions:
Chop the chocolate and melt it with the butter, then add the egg yolk, whipped cream, sugar, flour and cocoa powder. Whip the egg white with 30 grams of sugar and add to the rest. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 45 minutes.
