4 Surprising Ways To Use Veggie and Fruit Peels!

Apple vinegar
INGREDIENTS:
2 Apples
1 ½ cups water
2 tbsp sugar
Coffee Filter
Peeler
Glass Jar (2 sizes)
Sieve
METHOD:
1. Place the peel and apple cores in a glass jar, add water and sugar and stir.
2. Put a coffee filter over the top and close.
3. Let stand for a week or two, then strain the apple peel and pour the liquid into another jar.
4. Use it as a salad dressing.
Potato & carrot peels
INGREDIENTS:
Potato
Carrots
Oil
Salt
Spices (onion powder, garlic powder, paprika)
METHOD:
1. Put the potato and carrot peel on a tray.
2. Add oil, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika.
3. Put it in the oven to make it crispy.
Lime & Orange
INGREDIENTS:
Lime
Peeler
Grater
Orange
METHOD:
1. Peel a lemon and an orange.
2. When they are already peeled, grate a bit of the fruit.
3. Use the peel for drinks like whiskey and the grated peel for a salad or an ice cream.
Fried potato peels
INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes
METHOD:
1. Peel potatoes and dry off with paper towels.
2. Fry in vegetable oil at 350F until crispy
3. Let drain on paper towel and enjoy!
