How to clean a greasy fryer

A fryer allows to get perfect fried food. At the same time, however, it's not easy to clean because the greasy debris remain even after washing. Here is an effective way to prevent this from happening.
You'll need:
Baking soda
White wine vinegar
Pour the baking soda into the fryer and then pour the vinegar. You will see that everything starts to ferment, then wipe a sponge.
Paying attention not to wet the circuits, wash the inside and wipe another little bit of vinegar to eliminate odors. Clean with a damp cloth and pat dry.
