Soft chocolate chip roulade:
INGREDIENTS
for the dough:
4 eggs
salt
40g vegetable oil
60g sugar
vanilla extract
2 tsp warm water
100g flour
2 tsp baking powder
chocolate chips
hazelnut spread
METHOD
1. Beat the yolks together with salt, oil, sugar and vanilla extract.
2. Add the baking powder and warm water. In the meantime, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks.
3. Combine the two batters and pour them into a sheet pan.
4. Add the chocolate chips and bake at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
5. Let the cake cool before spreading the hazelnut spread over it and rolling it up.
6. Let it cool in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.

50g brown sugar
300g flour
2 tsp baking powder
chocolate chips
dark chocolate
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix softened butter with the eggs and sugar.
2. Gradually add the flour and baking powder, blend in the chocolate chips. The dough should be soft.
3. Cover an ice tray with a sheet of plastic wrap and fill each cube with cookie dough.
4. press a piece of chocolate into the center of each cube and cover the whole tray with more cookie dough. Freeze.
5. Thaw when ready to bake. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

80g condensed milk
150 ml whipped cream
chocolate chip cookies
DIRECTIONS
1. Whip the heavy cream, add the mascarpone cheese and condensed milk and blend until a soft, thick cream has formed.
2. Fill two chocolate cookies with a scoop of cream.
3. Roll the sides in chocolate chips.
4. Refrigerate for one hour and serve.
