Cheese souffle:
Ingredients
toast
300ml milk
1 pack cheese slices
3 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 eggs
A pinch of salt

Sandwich bread lasagna:
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
salt
pepper
250ml milk
50g bechamel
sliced sandwich bread
ham
provola cheese
Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat together the eggs, salt, pepper, milk and bechamel.
2. Dip the bread into the egg mixture and place the slices into a casserole dish
3. Alternate the bread with sliced ham, provola cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
4. Continue alternating these ingredients until you have filled the casserole dish.
5. Dust the top of the lasagna with breadcrumbs and provola cheese.
6. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
7. Serve hot!

- 200g provola cheese (or any stringy cheese)
- 200g ham
- 2 eggs
- 200ml milk

- 200ml milk
DIRECTIONS
Beat the eggs and then add the milk, salt, pepper and 40g of Parmesan cheese. Dip the slices of bread in the mixture and start assembling the cake in a loaf pan by alternating the bread, cheese, and ham until it reaches the top of the loaf pan. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese and some olive oil. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, let it cool a bit before removing it from the pan and serve!
