Ground beef pie:
INGREDIENTS
600g ground beef
2 eggs
salt
pepper
parsley
Parmesan cheese
the crumb of two slices of bread
150g ham
150g provola cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, parsley, mix in 2 eggs, Parmesan cheese and the bread crumb.
2. Put half of the mixture into a cake pan and flatten it well. Fill with ham and provola cheese.
3. Cover with the rest of the ground beef.
4.Dust with some breadcrumbs and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

salt
pepper
parsley
slice of bread (crumb only)
for the filling:
5 eggs
salt
pepper
bell peppers
mini mozzarella
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix together meat, salt, pepper, parsley and the crumb of a slice of bread.
2. Place this mixture into a pie dish . Cover the base and sides of the pie dish with the meat.
3. Beat the eggs together with salt, pepper, bell peppers and pour the mixture inside the meat pie ‘crust’. Add the mini mozzarellas.
4. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.

3. Fill with mashed potatoes and provola cheese. Cover with more ground beef.
4. Bake at 180°C in a fan-assisted oven for 30 minutes, or at least 40 minutes with no fan, or until the meat is cooked.
5. Let cool before serving.
