Hazelnut wheel:
INGREDIENTS
2 sheets of pizza dough
hazelnut cream, as needed
candy coated chocolate
2 sheets of pizza dough
hazelnut cream, as needed
candy coated chocolate
DIRECTIONS
1. Roll out the dough and slice it into 4 strips. Cover with hazelnut cream and candy-coated chocolates.
2. Roll up each strip.
3. In a 24cm pan, place the rolled up strips so they make a spiral. Brush with egg yolk and top with sliced almonds.
4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

beaten egg yolk
chopped almonds
DIRECTIONS
1. Spread the hazelnut cream over one sheet of pizza dough and then cover it with the other sheet.
2. Slice the dough into strips, twist them and then place them in a pie dish.
3. Brush the top with egg wash and sprinkle with the chopped almonds.
4. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
5. Let it cool a bit and serve it with ice cream or whipped cream

cherries, as needed
1 paper clip
brioche dough
milk, as needed
powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Pit the cherries by using a paper clip. All you have to do is stick the pointy end into the cherry and push.
2. Slice the brioche dough into 5 strips, and cover them in cherry jam.
3. Roll them into ropes and place them into a pie dish.
4. Brush the top with milk and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
