Pizza Pops:
INGREDIENTS
pizza dough
tomato puree
salt
basil
oregano
mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
olive oil, as needed

DIRECTIONS
Slice the pizza dough into the shape of a popsicle. Fill with seasoned tomato puree, basil, oregano and a bit of olive oil. Place a popsicle stick in the center and cover with another piece of pizza dough. Top with some grated Parmesan cheese and bake at 190°C for 30 minutes. Be sure to cover the popsicle stick with some aluminum foil to prevent it from getting dark while in the oven.

Chicken pizza:
INGREDIENTS
500g ground chicken
salt
paprika
nutmeg
olive oil
Parmesan cheese
pepper
egg, beaten
flour
breadcrumbs
tomato puree
provola cheese
oregano
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine the ground chicken with the seasonings, Parmesan cheese, and a bit of olive oil.
2. Flatten it out in a 22cm cake pan, and then freeze it for one hour.
3. Cover in flour first, then dip it in the egg and finally cover it in the breadcrumbs.
4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minute. Cover with tomato puree, provola cheese and sprinkle with oregano.
5. Put it back in the oven and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

tomato sauce
oregano
mozzarella cheese
olive oil
Parmesan cheese
basil
DIRECTIONS
1. Place a flour tortilla in a pan. Spread the tomato sauce over it.
2. Sprinkle with salt, oregano, add the mozzarella cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Let it cook for 5 minutes with a lid, or until the mozzarella melts.
4. Top with some basil and serve.
