A quick, effective way to clean a greasy casserole dish

A great, simple way to perfectly clean a greasy casserole dish. Fill it with lukewarm water and liquid dish soap. Let sit for at least 40 minutes, then remove the remaining grease with a sponge and more soap. Rinse several times and the result will be perfect.
