Persimmon jam: ready with just 5 ingredients!

Persimmon jam is very easy to make, it can be used in cheesecakes or just spread it on toast!
INGREDIENTS

3 small jars
1.4kg ripe persimmon
500g sugar
1 lemon
Cinnamon to taste
Vanilla essence
METHOD
- Wash the persimmons, peel them, and cut them into pieces.
- Put in a pot, place over low heat, add 300 g of sugar, stir, and cook for 20 minutes. Add cinnamon and lemon peel, stir, cover, and cook until it boils.
- Blend the fruit then add the rest of the sugar and cook for another 30 minutes.
