How to make marinated olives!

They are perfect to serve as an appetizer! 
Here's how to make them at home ina few steps:

INGREDIENTS
 500g green olives
 ½ red pepper
 2 garlic cloves
 3 bay leaves
 2 tbsp oregano
 460ml (2 cups) white wine vinegar
 Olive oil
 
METHOD
  1. Use a meat mallet to crush each olive.
  2. Place them in a bowl with water for 6 hours, changing the water repeatedly to remove excess salt. Chop the red pepper very finely, add white vinegar and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain the olives from the water and add vinegar. Let them rest for an hour.
  4. Drain the olives from the vinegar, pour them into a bowl, drain the red pepper and add to the bowl of olives.
  5. Add garlic, bay leaves, oregano, oil, and mix. Pour into glass jars, fill with oil, and close.
