Mushroom cookies: kids will love this idea!

They are just adorable!
INGREDIENTS

200g butter
150g sugar
100g fresh cream
400g flour
Salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 Egg
100g sugar

Cocoa
Melted dark chocolate
METHOD
- Pour the butter in cubes into a bowl, add an egg. Add fresh cream, sugar, salt, and mix.
- Add sifted flour, baking powder, and mix well.
- Cover with cling film and put it in the fridge for 40 minutes.
- Divide the dough in two. With one half, form small balls of the same size.
- Place on a baking sheet. Make a small hole in the center of each ball. Fill the hole with parchment paper to prevent it from closing when cooking.
- Turn them over and flatten the opposite side into a mushroom head shape. Bake for 20 minutes at 190 ° C (374 ° F).
- With the other half of the dough, form the trunks of each mushroom head Bake for 15 minutes at 190 ° C (374 ° F).
- Mix sugar with water, boil and use to glue the trunk and mushroom head together. Coat the top end of the mushroom head with melted chocolate and wait for it to dry. Cover the lower end of the mushroom stem with melted chocolate and top with cocoa. Let it dry.
