How to make rainbow mini meringues: an original and creative dessert

A dessert which is beautiful to see and good to eat. To make the mini rainbow meringues, you only need food coloring (of the colors of the rainbow). With a small brush, apply it to the ends of the pastry bag. Then fill the pastry bag with the traditional meringue buttercream, made with whipped up egg whites (the amount varies depending on the number of meringues you want to make) and powdered sugar. With a few steps you will have a spectacular and original dessert!
