INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp greek yogurt
100g almond flour
90g whole grain flour
10g instant yeast

DIRECTIONS
1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat them together with salt.
2. Beat the egg yolks together with the Greek yogurt, then add the yeast and both types of flour.
3. Blend in the egg whites and pour the mixture into a bread pan.
4. Bake at 175°C for 40 minutes.
