Oven tray with aluminum foil

Ingredients/materials:
• Oven tray
• Aluminum foil
• 2 chicken breast

Method:
Turn the baking tray over and cover it with aluminum foil.
Remove the aluminum liner and flip the tray over again.
Place the aluminum in the tray, perfectly covering it all.
Cook the chicken in the oven without the juices dripping into the tray.

Sieve pot

Ingredients/materials:
• Cooking Pot
• Sieve
• Mariana sauce

Method:
In a pot with some boiling sauce, dripping on all sides, place a sieve upside down over the pot and note
how it prevents the sauce from spilling.
