No-bake hazelnut cream and puffed rice cake: an easy, delicious recipe

A tasty no-bake cheesecake, perfect for those who don't feel like using the oven because of the summer heat. You will love it from the first bite!
Ingredients
For the base:
- 40g puffed rice
- 20ml milk
- 50g hazelnuts
For filling:
- 250g mascarpone
- 3 tablespoons hazelnut cream
-200ml whipping cream
For chocolate mirror glaze:
- 3g gelatin leaves
-50ml whipping cream
-25g cocoa powder
-75g sugar
-55ml water

Directions
Start by preparing the base of the cake; in a bowl, mix the puffed rice with hazelnut cream and milk, then transfer the mixture into a springform pan. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: in a bowl, combine the mascarpone and the hazelnut cream. In another bowl, whip the cream. Gently combine the cream with mascarpone cream and hazelnut cream. Remove the base from the freezer, transfer the cream and level it, then put it back in the freezer. Prepare the chocolate mirror glaze by following the directions described in the video and using the ingredients listed.
