Fill the ice tray and prepare a delicious and refreshing sorbet

Sorbetto ice cubes
 
Ingredients/Materials:
• Silicone Ice cube tray
• 3 big lemons
• Sieve
• Aperol 200ml
• Prosecco 300ml
 
Method:
Cut the top off the lemon, and remove the flesh. Place the freshly cut portion in a sieve over a bowl and mash. Pour the lemon juice into a silicone ice tray halfway. Fill with Aperol and freeze for one hour. Take out the cubes and put them in a blender, add 300 ml of prosecco and blend. Fill the three lemons with the mixture.
