Egg tortilla wrap: for a quick and tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
Tomato
Eggs
Salt & pepper
Ham
Grated cheese
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Spring onion
Tortilla
Oil

METHOD
1. Cut tomato into slices. Place in a pan with a little oil.
2. Beat the eggs and pour on top of the tomatoes.
3. Add salt, pepper, ham, grated cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup and spring onion.
4. Place a tortilla on top and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
5. Flip and fold in half.
