Polar bear paws: truly irresistible!

INGREDIENTS
Soft caramel
3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
190g (1 ¼ cups) unsalted peanuts
white chocolate

METHOD
1. Place the candies in a bowl. Add the whipped cream and butter.
2. Microwave for 90 seconds.
3. Add vanilla, and peanuts, mix and let stand for 10 minutes.
4. Add a little of the mixture to a tray with baking paper, forming several balls. Freeze for 10 minutes.
5. Cover each caramel circle with melted white chocolate.
6. Place on a tray and let solidify.
