Tortilla cake: cheesy and full of taste!

A delicious dinner idea to try right now!

INGREDIENTS
Eggs
Tortillas
Slices of ham
150g grated cheese 
1 tomato
Salt
Black pepper 
Butter
 
METHOD
  1. Mix 3 eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Put a little butter in a pan, and pour a little of the egg mixture. Add a tortilla, and squeeze a little with the eggs so that it is well covered with egg.
  3. Add two slices of ham and grated cheese on top of the hatch. Place another tortilla and add tomato slices and more grated cheese.
  4. Place another tortilla, ham, and grated cheese. Pour in the remaining egg mixture, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Flip the tortilla and cook for another 5 minutes. Cut into several pieces.
