Look no further, BEST cookie recipe ever! Seriously the most deliciously delectable cookie ever! 😍

INGREDIENTS

50g (4 tbsp) sugar
1 egg
60 g potato starch
1 apple
30g (2 1/4 tbsp) butter
20g (1 1/2 tbsp) greek yogurt
100g (4/5 cup) flour
8 g baking powder
Chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

METHOD

Beat sugar with melted butter. Add an egg and beat again.
Add greek yogurt and flour little by little. Whisk, then add potato starch.
Peel and cut an apple into small pieces.
Add to the mixture, add chocolate chips and mix.
Use an ice cream scoop to take a little mixture and place it on a baking tray. Add several chocolate chips.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F) Decorate with powdered sugar.
