Super cookie cake with custard: the fresh and delicious dessert!

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
80g (2/3 cup) corn starch
1 tsp vanilla extract
900ml (3 3/4 cups) milk
150g (4/6 cup) mascarpone cheese
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. In a pan add eggs, sugar, cornstarch, milk, and vanilla extract. Cook until thickness and add the mascarpone.
  2. Into a mold, layout the cookies top with prepared cream and then top with cookies.
  3. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
