INGREDIENTS
Sliced bread
Olive oil
Oregano
Tomato sauce
Grated mozzarella
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. Flatten a slice of bread and cut a circle,
  2. Garnish each circle with olive oil and oregano and place in a muffin tray. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
  3. Fill with grated cheese, tomato sauce, and more grated cheese. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
