Mini tartelette: beautiful and tasty!

INGREDIENTS
For the batter:
180g (3/4 cup) of butter
25g (2 tbsp) of sugar

For the filling:
1 egg
25g (3 tbsp) of powdered sugar
45ml (3 tbsp) of vegetable oil

4g (1 tsp) of vanilla sugar
45g (3 tbsp) of flour
8g (1 tbsp) of cocoa powder
4g (1 tsp) of baking powder
30g (3 tbsp) of melted chocolate
1 egg
25g (3 tbsp) of powdered sugar
45ml (3 tbsp) of vegetable oil

4g (1 tsp) of vanilla sugar
45g (3 tbsp) of flour
8g (1 tbsp) of cocoa powder
4g (1 tsp) of baking powder
30g (3 tbsp) of melted chocolate
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl add the butter, sugar, salt, flour and mix well together with hands. Add the egg and continue to combine with your hands to make a dough.
- Roll out the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Add each piece to a muffin tin and arrange it to create a muffin shape.
- Pierce each muffin with a fork and bake in the oven at 356 ° F / 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, add egg, powdered sugar, vegetable oil, salt, vanilla sugar and mix together. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder over a bowl and mix everything well. Finally, add the melted chocolate and combine everything.
- Fill each batter with the chocolate mixture and bake in the oven at 356°F/180°C
- for about 25 minutes
- Decorate with powdered sugar.
