Strawberry jelly candies: how to make them at home!

You won't be able to stop at one!

INGREDIENTS
 200 g strawberries
 130 g sugar
 16 g gelatin
 30 ml water
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the washed strawberries in two. Pour them into a pot and add the sugar. Let it cook until soft and stir from time to time.
  2. Blend the mixture and return to the pot to continue cooking, Mix gelatin with water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the gelatin mixture into the pot. Cook and stir until it boils. Pour into a tray with cling film. Refrigerate for 5 hours.
  4. Sprinkle sugar on a tray, pour the candy on top of the sugar and cover the top as well. Cut into squares.
