Roasted bread: absolutely to try!

Just bread and eggs, the result will leave everyone speechless! 
 
INGREDIENTS
 Sliced bread
 Avocado
 Oil
 Eggs
 Chopsticks

METHOD
  1. Place several slices in the oven rack vertically as an easy way to toast them. Mash two avocados until you get a puree. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Beat two eggs, heat a pan, add oil.
  3. Pour in the eggs and place two toothpicks on opposite edges, gently bring them together towards the center and turn in a spiral shape to get a swirl shaped egg.
  4. Place the egg on top of the avocado to serve.
