Baguette omelette: a tasty recipe ready in minutes!

The perfect recipe to reuse stale bread! 
 
Ingredients:
·         1 Baguette
·         2 tbsp Olive oil
·         2 tbsp parsley
·         2 cloves of garlic
·         3 Eggs
·         1/2 green pepper
·         Salt
·         Pepper
 
 
Preparation:
 
Cut a baguette into medium-sized slices.
Chop the parsley, garlic, and add olive oil.
Spread each slice of bread with the garlic and parsley mixture and place in a pan.
Finely cut green pepper and pour into a bowl, add eggs, salt, pepper, and mix.
Pour the mixture over the bread slices in the pan and cook.
