Here's an incredible idea to surprise your guests!

Ingredients:

1 cup warm water
1 ½ cups flour
1 ½ tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp yeast
1 ½ tbsp milk powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
Salt

For Garlic Butter:

60ml butter
60 ml Olive Oil
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
1 tsp Chili flakes
½ tsp Salt
15 cloves of chopped garlic
1 tbsp Parsley / coriander
100 g mozzarella

Method:

Pour water into a bowl, add sugar and mix. Add yeast, milk powder, flour, and mix.
Add butter at room temperature and knead into the dough for 10 minutes.
Cover and let stand for an hour.
Place the dough in a round tin, cover and let stand for another hour.
Pour a cup of coarse salt into a baking tray. Place a metal cookie cutter on top, then place the dough on top of the cookie cutter. Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC.
Meanwhile, put butter and oil in a pan, add mixed herbs, chili flakes, minced garlic and mix until boiling.
Add parsley.
Slightly cut the bread into squares without reaching the bottom and pour the garlic mixture between the cuts.
Add grated cheese in each cut.
Bake for another 10 minutes at 180ºC.
