Orange gummy candies: how to make them at home!

They are so easy to make at home!

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ orange
1 lemon
400g sugar
100ml water
20g gelatin
 
METHOD
  1. Grate an orange and a lemon. Squeeze the juice from the orange and lemon, add the gelatin and mix very well.
  2. Pour sugar into a bowl, add water, and mix very well. Add the lemon and orange zest and mix again. Let it boil. Pour in the juice mixture and mix again. Strain the mixture.
  3. Place cling film on a tray and pour the mixture on top, spread it out to make it even. Refrigerate until set. Sprinkle sugar all over the top. Flip over to another tray and spread sugar on the bottom.
  4. Cut into squares to serve.
