Baby artichokes preserved in olive oil: a side dish you'll fall in love with!

Have you ever tried them in this way? The result is delicious!

INGREDIENTS

Clean artichokes
Water
White wine vinegar
Olive oil
Glass jar

METHOD

Peel the artichokes. Cut the ends off.
Pour water into a pot, wait for it to boil. Add vinegar. Place the artichokes in the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.
Drain and place the artichokes on a dishcloth.
Let stand for 8 hours.
Place several artichokes in a glass jar. Pour over olive oil
Refrigerate.
