Baby artichokes preserved in olive oil: a side dish you'll fall in love with!

INGREDIENTS

Clean artichokes
Water
White wine vinegar
Olive oil
Glass jar

METHOD
- Peel the artichokes. Cut the ends off.
- Pour water into a pot, wait for it to boil. Add vinegar. Place the artichokes in the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Drain and place the artichokes on a dishcloth.
- Let stand for 8 hours.
- Place several artichokes in a glass jar. Pour over olive oil
- Refrigerate.
