3 giant recipes to make: cooking for a crowd has never been tastier!

Feed the whole family (and a few more!) with these delicious recipes that serve 12 or more!
1) Burger xxl
INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
• 500g flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp salt
• 80g butter, melted
• 200ml warm water
• 4 tbsp milk
• 34g sugar
• 15g dry yeast
For the sauce:
• 120g mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp French dressing
• 1/2 sliced white onion
• diced pickled cucumber
• 1 tsp white wine vinegar
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/8 tsp salt
Also:
• 2 times 500g minced meat
• 2 times 6 slices cheddar
• Onion
• green salad
• 100g pickled cucumbers
• sesame
METHOD
1.) Put the flour, two eggs, salt and butter in a bowl. Add water, milk, sugar and dry yeast, and mix until combined.
2.) Place the dough in the baking form and leave it under the towel for 45 minutes, and then bake it at 150°C/300°F for 45 minutes.
3.) After baking cut into three parts.
4.) Cook the patty by frying a 500 g ground beef cake, make a hole in the middle. As soon as you fry the second side, you put 6 cheddar slices on the meat and lightly melt them in the pan. Prepare two such Pattis.
5.) Also mix the sauce ingredients together.
6.) Cover the bottom layer of sliced bagel with sauce and place the sliced onion and salad on top.
7.) Then turn on the first pie.
8.) Put the middle layer of bagel on the meat, which you also sprinkle with sauce, garnish with onions and lettuce and put on the second pie.
9.) Cover the second pie with cucumber slices before putting the bagel on top. Grease it with oil and sprinkle with sesame.

2) Giant focaccia
INGREDIENTS
• 250g flour
• 250g Manitoba flour
• 300ml milk
• 200ml water
• 70g olive oil
• 7g yeast
• 10g salt
• 1 tsp sugar
Filling:
• 200g boiled ham
• lettuce
• 300g mozzarella
• 1 tomato
• mayonnaise
• milk
• sesame seeds
METHOD
• 250g flour
• 250g Manitoba flour
• 300ml milk
• 200ml water
• 70g olive oil
• 7g yeast
• 10g salt
• 1 tsp sugar
Filling:
• 200g boiled ham
• lettuce
• 300g mozzarella
• 1 tomato
• mayonnaise
• milk
• sesame seeds
METHOD
- Knead the dough. Put in the form. Let rise. Grease with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180C/350F.
- Cool, cut in half lengthwise. Grease with mayonnaise. Put lettuce, tomato slices, pour olive oil, salt, put slices of mozzarella, ham. Cover with the second half of the bun.

3) Puff pastry cannolo
INGREDIENTS
3 pcg puff pastry
200g custard cream
50g whipped cream
1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
1 egg
Sugar
Powdered sugar
METHOD

METHOD
- Form a large sheet of cardboard for cannolo, secure the edges with a stapler. Wrap it with foil, and then parchment paper and brush with butter.
- Cut the puff pastry into strips and form cannolo. Brush with beaten egg, roll in sugar.
- Form a small cannoli, brush with egg, sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 200C/390F
- Let the cannolicool, mix the custard and whipped cream, fill the small cannoli with cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Grease cannolo with chocolate inside and fill with small cannoli
Tie a ribbon.
