INGREDIENTS
160g (3/4 cup) + 50g (1/4 cup) of sugar
20g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder
520ml (2 1/4 cups) of milk
220g of dark chocolate
4 egg yolks
260ml (1 cup) of fresh cream
Β
METHOD
1. In a bowl, mix the sugar and cocoa powder.
2. Separately, in a saucepan, pour the milk and cocoa, and cook, stirring continuously, for 5 minutes.
3. Add the coarsely chopped dark chocolate and continue to cook, stirring until well melted.
4. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. Add part of the milk and chocolate mixture and stir to combine everything well.
5. Bring the chocolate back to the heat and add the egg mixture.
6. It's time for the fresh cream; cook until you get a thick result.
7. Now you can pour the cream into a baking dish or individual portions and leave it in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
