Millefoglie recipe: a quick method to make a perfect dessert!

It has never been easier!
INGREDIENTS
350ml (1 2/3 cup) milk
150ml (2/3 cup) whipping cream
3 yolks
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
40g (1/3 cup) cornstarch
1/2 tsp vanilla
450g puff pastry
powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk
METHOD
- In a medium pan add milk, whipped cream, sugar, cornstarch and egg yolks, cook until thickness and add in vanilla, let it cool. Sprinkle the dough with powdered sugar from both sides. Bake at 190’C (374’F) for 25 minutes.
- Divide it into three parts along. Then spread the cream on first part, top with second part and repeat it. Freeze for 2 hours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
