Tortilla frittata: a delicious recipe for a tasty snack!

A few and simple ingredients to make a tasty snack in no-time!

INGREDIENTS

4 pieces of piadina bread
3 eggs
Salt and pepper
Cheese 120g
Tomato
Butter 10 g

METHOD

Pour three eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper and mix.
Grease a cold pan (off the flame) with butter, pour a little of the egg mixture and place a piadina bread on top.
Place slices of ham on top to cover the whole piadina.
Add grated cheese.
Place another slice of piadina, top with sliced tomatoes and more grated cheese.
Top with another bread, sliced ham and more grated cheese.
Place another piadina on top and pour the egg mixture to cover everything.
Cover and place on low heat for 10 minutes, turn and wait 5 minutes.
