Milk sweet buns: how to make them soft and moist!

A delicious milky taste and an incredible melt in your mouth texture, these soft milk buns are perfect with any kind of jam or spread but are delicious on their own.
 
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup warm water
• 1 cup warm milk
• 1 pkg dry yeast
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 6 cups flour
For the sauce;
• 2 eggs
• 200g cream cheese
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• Sesame
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Knead the dough and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place. Divide the dough into 15 balls. Grease the baking form and put balls in the form. Let rise.
  2. Make the sauce. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Pour on buns. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. Bake at 170C/340F for 25 minutes.
