3 cabbage recipe you'll fall in love with!

1) Cabbage omelette
 
INGREDIENTS 
 1 cabbage
 1 Green pepper
 1 Red pepper
 3 eggs
 Chives
 Salt
 Pepper
 Soy sauce
 1 tbsp flour
 1 tbsp cornmeal
  Frying oil
  Black sesame seeds
 
METHOD
1. Wash the cabbage and chop the fibers in a bowl to use; cook green and red peppers, cut the threads after removing the seeds;
2. In a small bowl, beat eggs, pour the egg into the cabbage, then add green pepper, chopped green onion, salt, pepper, soy sauce, mix well;
3. Add flour to the bowl, cornmeal, mix evenly until a vegetable paste forms;
4. Put the oil in a hot pot, pour the dish into the pot, pour it into the cake, add a little black sesame; simmer for three minutes and then turn for another three minutes.

2) Chicken and cabbage crispy rolls
 
INGREDIENTS
 ¼ small white cabbage, chopped;
 1 chicken breast, cut into small cubes;
 2 tbsp dark soy sauce;
 1 tsp ginger, minced;
 2 garlic cloves, minced;
 10 egg roll wrappers;
 egg wash;
 vegetable oil for frying.
 
METHOD
  1.  Blanche chopped cabbage in salted water until it is soft.
  2.  Separately cook chicken until it turns white, add garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Cook for couple minutes more to cook the meat trough. Strain from any liquid and leave to cool down with the cabbage.
  3.  Combine cooled cabbage and chicken and place around 1 heaped teaspoon of the filling on the bottom of the wrapper. Brush the sides of the wrapper with egg wash and roll as shown on the video.
  4.  Make sure to roll tightly, without leaving any gaps or air bubbles inside.
  5.  Fry rolls in preheated oil until golden and serve right away with your favorite dipping sauce.

3) Cabbage pancakes
 
INGREDIENTS
300g raw cabbage
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
30g flour
Oil, for frying
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the cabbage into pieces, add pieces into a blender.
  2. Chop the cabbage with a combine, sprinkle with salt and mix by hand so the cabbage gives liquid
  3. Add eggs, flour, mix well
  4. Heat the skillet and add 2-3 tbsp batter per each pancake, fry until golden brown.
